GOLDEN 97.5 FM RECIEVES NUJ MEDIA SUBMIT COMMITTEE, REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO PROMOTING BAYELSA POSITIVELY

The management of Golden 97.5 FM has reiterated its dedication to showcasing Bayelsa State in a positive light on the global stage.

Mr. Michael Emeyonu, the Station Manager, gave this assurance during a visit by members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ Bayelsa State Council’s Media Summit Planning Committee. The committee visited the station to seek support and partnership for the upcoming Bayelsa Media Summit.

Mr. Emeyonu pledged Golden FM’s full support for the summit, highlighting the station’s commitment to fostering media excellence and promoting Bayelsa’s image.

Earlier, Mr. Tarinyo Akono, Chairman of the NUJ Media Summit Planning Committee, revealed that the event is scheduled to hold on the 27th and 28th of March at the Banquet Hall in Yenagoa.

He explained that the summit aims to serve as a strategic platform to rebrand Bayelsa’s image and attract investments into the state, particularly in the tourism and cultural sectors.

Other members of the delegation included Mr. Director Ade Bakere, Mrs. Maria Olodi-Osumah, Dr. Sophia Obi, Mrs. Grace Orumieyefa, and Mr. Tife Owolabi.
